1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SOCH•PRO software, platforms, or web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all corporate account holders, hiring managers, and interview candidate users.

2. Platform Use & Human Approval

HeliOps provides AI-assisted incident detection and suggested remediation commands. The user acknowledges that final execution of production infrastructure changes is strictly governed by authorized human personnel who maintain ultimate responsibility for approval.

3. Candidate Evaluation & Hiring Decisions

Sochpro Interview Bot generates transparent scoring, skill indicators, and candidate evaluation summaries based on candidate spoken responses and hands-on lab code. The AI tool serves as decision support; the customer is solely responsible for employment and hiring decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All customer infrastructure code, architecture specifications, and proprietary candidate test results remain the exclusive property of the customer. SOCH•PRO retains all rights to its underlying agentic models, software, and proprietary algorithms.
