SOCH•PRO ("we", "our", or "us") provides autonomous cloud operations software (HeliOps), cloud architecture generation (Arch Generator), and automated candidate skill evaluation software (Sochpro Interview Bot). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our corporate clients, their engineering employees, and candidate interview participants.

2. Information We Process

Candidate Data: Full name, email address, resume contents, recorded video and audio streams of interview responses, code submissions in hands-on terminal tasks, and identity verification snapshots.

Infrastructure Telemetry Data: Cloud metrics, service logs, Kubernetes pod telemetry, and error stack traces. Telemetry data is used strictly for real-time anomaly detection and incident remediation analysis.

3. Model Training Safeguards

We strictly enforce customer tenant isolation. Your confidential proprietary architecture designs, private code, and candidate resumes are never used to train public foundation models or shared across customer organizations.

4. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023

Candidates retain full rights under the DPDP Act 2023, including right to access evaluation summaries, request data correction, and request complete erasure of recorded audio/video sessions upon completion of hiring consideration.
